Not a great week. I still lost weight, so it's not all bad, but I only lost 1 pound. Still a significant amount, but when you're only eating 800 calories a day ... it sure doesn't seem like much.

Hey, at least I've hit the 25 pound mark officially now. Hopefully next week I will get under 230 pounds. This week's loss could have an impact on my ability to get to my 50 pound goal by January 1, so now I'm going to up my exercise to try to increase my weekly total next week!
